Fran Stalinovskovichdaviddivichski is a team member of the Globo Gym Purple Cobras.

According to White Goodman, Fran was born in the nation of Romanovia where Dodgeball was the national sport. Her team won the championship for her "Power Plant" five years running.
In 1993, she was recruited by White Goodman for the Globo Gym Purple Cobras to compete against Average Joe's in the Las Vegas Dodgeball Tournament. When asked, she demonstrated her throwing skills by throwing a ball carried by fellow teammate Blazer at a random patron in the bar where White confronted the Average Joe's team.
Mutually with the Globo Gym Purple Cobras, her team made it to the Finals. Before then, Owen Dittman confessed his love for her, and they slept together that night. During the final match, she was distracted by Owen and vice versa, resulting in them both getting eliminated from the game. After Peter LaFleur secured victory over the Cobras, Fran abandoned her team and started a relationship with Owen.
In 1994, she can be seen in the Average Joe's commercial, in a more attractive appearance than the previous year.
