Mr. Ralph hosts a regional dodgeball tournament. The team which wins his tournament qualifies for a national tournament hosted by the American Dodgeball Association of America.
In DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story, at Mr. Ralph's competition, the Average Joe's team loses their game against a team of Girl Scouts, but the Girl Scouts are disqualified because one of them used performance-enhancing drugs.
